 I feel AWESOME!
To all my gang I want to share this new treatment I have started two months ago called "NEUROFEEDBACK". This is a machine helped me to sleep better, feel calmer, be more creative so I can have healthier relationships, more fun and make better choices.
Being a small business owner of art and entertainment company is not easy. My brain was working 24/7, my sleep was a mess, and of course my relationships with everyone were complicated.
Now I feel that I am in a better and calm place. I don't see the things so bad nor overwhelming me.
It took me 3 sessions to feel the results. It is a 40 minutes in a comfortable chair and relaxing music.
This service is provided by our Tango mate Gayatri Martin and I highly recommended.
